Address Responsibility
aurohaya is not responsible for packages returned to our warehouse due to incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout.

Lost Packages
If an item is lost during transit, you will be eligible for a full refund for the affected product(s).

Order Fulfillment & Processing
Orders ship once all items in your purchase are in stock and ready for fulfillment. For orders containing pre-order items, the entire package will ship based on the latest pre-order date (unless otherwise specified). In-stock orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of purchase. Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday and is closed on weekends and holidays.

Order Processing Times
Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 18:00 GMT will begin processing the next business day.

Split Shipments
If your order is split into multiple packages, each will have a unique tracking number.

Delivery Delays
Timely delivery depends on the carrier’s Terms of Service. Delays due to external factors (e.g., natural disasters, holidays) are beyond our control, and aurohaya is not liable for such disruptions.
