aurohaya 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for your peace of mind. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be in original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

• We are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Return:
Email us at service@aurohaya.com with your order number and a photo of the item in its original packaging. Once approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Refund Process:
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at service@aurohaya.com for assistance.
