👗 Aurohaya 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to feel confident in every Aurohaya piece. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy for eligible clothing items.

📌 Return Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags must be attached and items must be returned in the original packaging.
• We require a photo of the item inside its original packaging when you request a return.
• Returns without valid reason or outside the 30-day window will not be accepted.

📦 Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

📧 How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at service@aurohaya.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the clothing item inside its original packaging
• The reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

💰 Refund Process

• Refunds are issued within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
• Refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are not refunded.

❗ Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at service@aurohaya.com with clear photos and your order number. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.
